Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Ahmad Shafay account and the personal data attached to it. There are two ways to do this.
1. In the app
Open the Ahmad Shafay app and go to Profile → Delete Account. Choose a reason, tap Delete, and confirm.
2. If you no longer have the app
Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Include the words “delete my account” in the subject line.
The same number is reachable on WhatsApp.
What happens next
- Your account is deactivated straight away. You will not be able to sign in, and you will stop receiving notifications from us.
- Your data is held for 30 days in case the request was a mistake. During this period you can contact us on the details above and we can restore the account.
- After 30 days everything below is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and country
- Your profile photo
- Your entire chat history with our support team, including any images you sent
- Your saved devices and notification settings
What we may keep
- Records we are required to keep by law, such as tax and transaction records relating to orders you have already placed.
- The reason you gave for leaving, stored on its own without your name, email or any other detail that identifies you.

Orders placed on our online store
Deleting your app account does not automatically close any separate account you created on our online store at ahmadshafay.com. If you want that removed too, say so in your message and we will handle both.
